ARQIS has advised the shareholders of pet food producer Terra Canis during the entry of Nestlé Deutschland AG. Nestlé Deutschland AG has signed an agreement to acquire the majority stake.

Terra Canis is a premium natural producer of pet food that manufactures wet and dry pet food for dogs and cats. The firm is based in Munich and has 26 employees. Terra Canis will remain an independent company after the takeover which presumably will take several weeks.
