ARQIS has advised the French veterinary pharmaceuticals group Ceva Santé Animale SA (“Ceva”) on the acquisition of the veterinary biopharmaceutical and R&D activities of IDT Biologika GmbH (“IDT”), a pharmaceutical company based in Dessau-Roßlau.
ARQIS has advised AVS Verkehrssicherung GmbH (AVS), a portfolio company of Triton Fonds IV, on the acquisition of Lorenz GmbH (Lorenz), a renowned provider in the field of road marking and construction site safety with headquarters in Wittstock/Dosse, Germany. The merger is still subject to the approval of the antitrust authorities. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
