The ARQIS way of challenging
As a young professional, you will be integrated into the team from the very beginning and work side by side with our partners and experienced colleagues on the mandates. You will learn on the job and have the opportunity to further your professional and personal development through the training offered by the ARQIS Academy as well as external training tailored to your individual needs.
As experienced lawyers, you will immediately support us with your expertise and take on project responsibility right from the start. In the teams, you play an important role in the development of junior colleagues. But your further development is also very important to us. To this end, we maintain a close personal dialogue and support you with coaching and other individual measures as needed. In addition, there is the possibility of a client secondment or a secondment in our Tokyo office on the basis of an individual agreement.

Individual possibilities with HybridWork@ARQIS
At ARQIS, we firmly believe that a good work-life balance and excellent service to our clients do not have to be contradictory. Of course, each of us would also like to realise his or her potential alongside his or her work at the law firm and must fulfil his or her private obligations.
We want to do justice to this wherever possible and therefore offer agreements on personal working time models as well as time off at all seniority levels. Our new HybridWork@ARQIS concept offers you further individual options: Here, you discuss your choice of work location with your focus group leader and the team. All these options allow you - depending on your individual situation - to find enough time for family or sports.
Your opportunities with ARQIS
All new recruits are assigned a mentor for individual exchange, e.g. on career development. The ARQIS Academy is open to all lawyers. A regular exchange with the mentor and the focus group leader as well as regular feedback meetings provide valuable suggestions for the further ARQIS path. We already lay the foundation for this through personal onboarding - here you will receive the best possible support as a newcomer from your team and your personal HR contact.
Associates
Als Berufseinsteiger werden Sie bei ARQIS von Anfang an eng in die Mandatspraxis eingebunden. Sie arbeiten im Team mit erfahrenen Anwälten und profitieren direkt vom kanzleiweiten Wissen.
Managing Associates
Etwa drei bis vier Jahre nach dem Einstieg als Associate erfolgt in der Regel die Entscheidung über die Ernennung zum Managing Associate. Als Managing Associate haben Sie in den ersten Berufsjahren Ihre fachliche und persönliche Kompetenz unter Beweis gestellt.
Counsel
Etwa zwei bis drei Jahre nach der Ernennung zum Managing Associate erfolgt die Entscheidung über die Ernennung zum Counsel bzw. unter besonderen Voraussetzungen auch die direkte Ernennung zum Salary Partner.
Aufnahme in die Partnerschaft
Etwa sieben Jahre nach dem Einstieg erfolgt in der Regel die Entscheidung über die Aufnahme in die Partnerschaft. Die erste Stufe ist der Salary Partner.
