Are you interested in law and economic contexts, do you have project management skills and do you want to work on exciting mandates? Then join one of our focus groups as a Legal Specialist.
As a Legal Specialist at ARQIS, you have a degree in business law or an LL.M. degree. We employ Legal Specialists in all focus groups - depending on your previous experience or desired area of law, you will become part of one of our focus groups and work with the lawyers on the same level on the mandates. In addition to strong legal knowledge, you will score points as a Legal Specialist with the business knowledge you acquired during your studies as well as your strong project management and structuring skills.
- assisting with the preparation and follow-up of client appointments and participating in them,
- assisting in the conduct of due diligence and preparation of documentation,
- the execution of research assignments,
- revising, supplementing and maintaining the collection of sample documents and creating folders of materials,
- Creating presentations and updating pitch documents
- the drafting and revision of documents such as company agreements, employment contracts, termination / settlement agreements and notices of termination - HR.Law
- the preparation, drafting and editing of transaction documents (such as confidentiality agreements and powers of attorney), the coordination of transaction processes, data room and project management, the compilation of contract annexes - Transactions
- The drafting and revision of data protection law documents, e.g. order processing agreements, data transfer agreements, intra-group agreements, joint controller agreements - Data.Law

Legal Specialist
Als Berufseinsteiger oder mit erster Erfahrung starten Sie als Legal Specialist. Sie werden durch einen erfahrenen Legal Specialist-Kollegen begleitet, der Ihnen fachlich zur Seite steht und Sie bei der Einarbeitung „on the job“ unterstützt. Alle im Rahmen der ARQIS Academy angebotenen Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen stehen Ihnen zudem offen.
Senior Legal Specialist
Etwa vier Jahre nach dem Einstieg erfolgt in der Regel die Ernennung zum Senior Legal Specialist. Sie sind ein fachlich spezialisierter Mitarbeiter Ihrer Fokusgruppe und Ansprechpartner auf Augenhöhe, eingebunden in viele Projekte und unterstützen beim Onboarding neuer Legal Specialists. Selbstverständlich nehmen Sie weiterhin an den Angeboten der ARQIS Academy teil.
