Two equity partners of ARQIS have been awarded by the American specialist publisher The Best Lawyers in America© in their Seventh Edition of » Best Lawyers in Germany «

Dr. Andrea Panzer-Heemeier has been awarded for her advice in labour law, Prof. Dr. Christoph von Einem for his reputation in the fields of Mergers & Acquistions as well as Venture Capital. Both lawyers have also already been awarded as Best Lawyer the years before.

She focuses her practice on the support of reorganisations under labour law, especially with regard to collective labour law, the advice of companies regarding transactions and the permanent advice of companies.

In the early years of 2000, he built up his reputation as one of the highly recognized players in the Munich Private Equity and Venture Capital scene. Since 2002, he has been professor at Technische Universität München (technical university of Munich) for “Entrepreneurship and Law” and is leader of the Munich Venture Capital Club.

According to the Handelsblatt, “Best Lawyers” focusses with its research on a so-called “peer-to-peer-practice”. In this connection, lawyers are interviewed about their competitors’ reputation. Handelsblatt states: “The focus is on estimating which colleague is to be recommendable outside the own law firm in case one has to decline a mandate for time reasons or conflict of interests.” The American publisher exclusively prepares this list for Handelsblatt.
