ARQIS has advised Dr. Simon Consulting GmbH on the sale of its subsidiaries FuG Elektronik GmbH (Schechen/ Rosenheim) and Guth High Voltage GmbH (Salach/Göppingen) as part of a succession plan. Both companies, which currently have around 170 employees, will be taken over by XP POWER LTD., located in Singapore, as of February 1, 2022.

FuG develops and distributes DC low-, medium- and high-voltage power supply units. Guth develops and distributes DC high-voltage power supply units and components. Both companies have been successfully active in their respective industries for many years, have established a market-relevant position with continuous growth and most recently generated a turnover of approx. 18 million euros. The sale to XP Power will open up far-reaching opportunities for both companies, to expand their international sales networks and continue their sustainable growth course, while at the same time finding a solution for shareholder succession and the preservation of both locations.
