ARQIS advises family office zwei.7 on investment in Lindera

06. December 2021

ARQIS has advised zwei.7, the family office behind the entrepreneur Karsten Wulf from Osnabrück, as lead investor in the Series A financing round of the Berlin health tech company Lindera GmbH.

In her financing round, Lindera was able to secure one of the largest investments in the care sector in the DACH region to date. Through the four new investors advised by ARQIS and with the participation of the existing group of shareholders from the Rheingau Founders, the company is solidly financed for the years to come.

With its AI-based 3D motion tracking technology, Lindera enables flexible motion analysis for all areas of the health sector – from geriatric care, orthopedics and geriatrics to neurology, rehab and therapy. By combining medical knowledge and intelligent AI technology, precise gait parameters can be generated and scientifically validated using the camera of a smartphone or tablet. Lindera cooperates with leading companies and universities around the world in order to bring people to the limits of their mobility with precise assessments.

Zwei.7 is a single family office that was founded by the entrepreneur Karsten Wulf and has specialized in investing in companies in the context of growth capital and succession arrangements as well as in the technology sector and in real estate. Zwei.7 has extensive entrepreneurial experience in the further development of investments and its own team in order to realize added value for its portfolio companies in important areas such as strategy, personnel, sales and digitization.

The ARQIS team around Prof. Dr. Christoph von Einem worked as a consultant for zwei.7 for the first time and simultaneously accompanied three other entrepreneurs from Osnabrück in their co-investments with zwei.7.
