At the beginning of the year, ARQIS expands its equity with Dr. Lars Laeger and Dr. Mauritz von Einem.
Lars Laeger joined ARQIS Düsseldorf office as a partner in 2016 and has since made a strong contribution to the firm’s transactional business. His practice focuses on advising industrial and technology companies as well as private equity investors. He and his team most recently advised Volkswagen on various M&A projects and joint ventures or VR Equitypartner on the acquisition of a stake in Glas Strack.
Mauritz von Einem joined ARQIS in Munich in 2018. He has a strong transactional focus combined with distinctive tax expertise. His clients primarily include private equity funds and well-known technology companies. Most recently, he advised Liberta Partners and Active Capital Company, two financial investors, on numerous platform transactions, or the robotics company Agile Robots on the entry of Softbank. Mauritz von Einem is also responsible for the growth strategy and the further expansion of the Munich location.
