10. October 2016
ARQIS has advised the credit fund Bright Capital on a growth financing in favour of Krallmann Group – one of Germany’s leading developers of one-stop-shop solutions in the area of polymer processing and tool making.
The growth financing includes the expansion of the company’s innovation capacities, further development of innovative patent groups, an increase of the group’s working capital as well as investments into automatization. Krallmann Group has undertaken an impressive change from a classic injection moulding contract manufacturer to a process- and product innovation leader.
Bright Capital is a German credit fund specialised on growth situations. In close cooperation with banks, investors and industry experts it invests into successful small and medium sized companies from the German speaking region.
