ENTRY LEVEL/LAWYER (M/F/D) JAPAN DESK

Intro

For our location in Munich, we are looking for young professionals/lawyers (m/f/d) with up to four years of professional experience. Depending on your experience background, you can join us as an Associate or Managing Associate on a full- or part-time basis.

Your tasks

The Japan Desk in Düsseldorf and Munich advises well-known Japanese companies specifically on M&A and joint venture activities in Germany - with Japanese-speaking (and thinking) lawyers. For cross-border transactions, we work together with our Tokyo office and our partner firm TMI Associates, one of the top 5 law firms in Japan. Clients include automotive suppliers, equipment manufacturers, chemical companies, industrial product manufacturers, telecommunications companies, banks, trading houses, advertising agencies and fashion companies.

Your Profile

If you would also like to follow the special ARQIS path: We are looking for interesting personalities with excellent state exams, business fluent English and very good Japanese skills. You are a career starter or have up to four years of professional experience. Ideally, you have completed a doctorate and/or an LL.M. degree.
