11. September 2020

ARQIS has advised Brüggemann Holding GmbH and its managing director Tobias Brüggemann on the sale of the majority shares in the Brüggemann Holzbau Group. The French building materials manufacturer Saint-Gobain acquires the shares in the family-run company based in Neuenkirchen.

The Brüggemann Group consists of three companies in the field of timber construction and employs more than 170 people. Ecological and energy-efficient construction has been the focus of this medium-sized company for decades. In recent years Brüggemann has established itself as a specialist in the production of 2D elements, which are mainly used for the construction of public buildings. Highly technical production and the constant development of modern and intelligent solutions for cost- and time-saving production of sustainable wooden buildings are the focus of the company.

Saint-Gobain is a globally active supplier of materials and solutions that are used in the construction sector, among others. In Germany, the company is best known for its leading building material brands ISOVER, RIGIPS, WEBER and ECOPHON as well as for its glass production.

ARQIS was active for its clients for the first time based on a recommendation by Onus Consulting.
