ARQIS has advised AVS Verkehrssicherung GmbH (AVS), a portfolio company of Triton Fonds IV, on the acquisition of Implenia SVA GmbH (SVA), a renowned provider in the field of construction site safety and security based in Saarbrücken. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

“SVA is known as a reliable service provider. For the AVS Group the takeover of SVA is an ideal extension of the services in Saarland”, explains Andreas Schwingeler, COO at AVS.

SVA, based in Saarbrücken, employs 30 people, has many years of experience in construction site safety and road marking and is part of Implenia Modernbau GmbH, a company of the Swiss Implenia AG. SVA is primarily active in Saarland, but also in Rhineland-Palatinate and Luxembourg and works closely with state developers, cities and municipalities, as well as private construction companies.

AVS Verkehrssicherung is a leading specialist provider of traffic safety services in Germany and Europe. The company is headquartered in Kürten and offers all essential services related to road safety projects.
