ARQIS has advised OC Health Real Estate GmbH on the acquisition of a senior citizens’ centre in Bergheim-Kenten. The seller is LEG NRW GmbH. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The senior citizens’ centre is operated by AWO Seniorenzentren im Erftkreis gemeinnützige GmbH. It was opened in 1996 and has 98 care places as well as 33 residential units for assisted living.

OC Health Real Estate GmbH is an international family office that invests long-term in health care properties, nursing homes for the elderly, senior residences, assisted living, medical centres, MVZs and clinics and builds up a corresponding portfolio. BARO Health Investments GmbH acted as transaction manager.
