ARQIS has advised KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG on the acquisition of a real estate project in Wiesbaden-Schierstein for the special fund KGAL/HI Wohnen Core 2, which it manages. The seller is Athora Real Estate S.à.r.l. from Luxembourg. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The acquisition concerns a residential complex called “Rheingold”, which was completed in 2017 and comprises 178 fully let residential units with a total area of 15,500 square meters. The property in the immediate vicinity of the Schiersteiner Hafen recreation area and the Rheingau region and is optimally connected to the local public transportation system and also has a direct link to the main train station in Frankfurt am Main via the so-called “Rheingau Line”.
