ARQIS has advised Katjes Fassin GmbH & Co. KG (Katjes Deutschland) on its participation in the British start-up Candy Kittens.

Founded in 2012 by Jamie Laing, star of the British TV series ‘Made in Chelsea’, and Ed Williams in London, the company has quickly become one of Britain’s best-known candy brands with its innovative gourmet sweets in authentic flavors and inventive packaging. All products are gluten-free and made without artificial flavors or colorings.

ARQIS advises the Katjes Group regularly on transactions. In 2016 ARQIS assisted the confectionery manufacturer during its entry into Veganz, Europe’s pioneer of vegan foods, as well as in the years before during the acquisitions of the sweet manufacturers Piasten and Dallmann.
