ARQIS advises KPIT on expansion in Germany

ARQIS has advised KPIT on taking a strategic stake in MicroFuzzy, an automotive engineering services company headquartered in Munich.

MicroFuzzy has over 20 years of proven engineering expertise on powertrain systems and drivetrain electronics. It has marque customers in Germany as well as an expanding base in Europe and beyond.

This partnership gives KPIT access to more than 150 specialized engineers. KPIT is based in India and focused on providing technology solutions and expertise to automotive and transportation companies, manufacturing, energy and utilities companies.

Speaking about the Partnership, Kishor Patil, CEO & MD of KPIT Technologies said: “We are very excited about this partnership.
