Three equity partners of ARQIS have been listed in the ninth edition of Best Lawyers in Germany. Best Lawyers in Germany.

Dr. Andrea Panzer-Heemeier has been awarded for her advice in labour and employment law. Prof. Dr. Christoph von Einem and Andreas Dietl have been awarded for their reputation in the fields of Mergers & Acquistions.

Founding partner Dr. Andrea Panzer-Heemeier works at the ARQIS office in Düsseldorf and leads the practice group labour law. She focuses on the support of reorganisations under labour law (especially with regard to collective labour law), on the advice of companies regarding transactions and on the ongoing advice of companies. The specialist lawyer in labour law is furthermore recognised as an expert in the fields of employee data protection.

Prof. Dr. Christoph von Einem is head of the ARQIS office in Munich. In the early years of 2000, he built up his reputation as one of the highly recognised players in Munich’s private equity and venture capital scene. He is furthermore professor at the Technical University of Munich for “Entrepreneurship and Law” and heads the Munich Venture Capital Club.

Andreas Dietl is a founding partner and works at the ARQIS offices in Düsseldorf and Munich. He has advised on M&A matters since many years. He furthermore leads the private clients and family offices practice of ARQIS.
