ARQIS is nominated for the azur award in the category “best employer for internship and clerkship 2015”. The winner will be announced on the 25th of February in Hamburg.

The azur team of JUVE Verlag, journalists dealing with topics for law students and trainees, each year awards employers for special engagement and support for young law academics. The awards are given in the categories internship and clerkship, education and training and diversity.

For the nomination internship and clerkship the azur editorial staff evaluates the dynamic development of the law firm regarding the support of clerks and trainees. The journalists analyse in particular how the employer introduces young lawyers to professional life, how strong the employer is committed to legal profession by supporting young lawyers and is also based on how comprehensive and how international the education turns out to be.

ARQIS is one of five nominated law firms and has already prevailed against many other commercial law firms, inhouse departments, administrations and consulting firms.

In 2013 ARQIS already won the azur award in the category education and training, after the firm had established the trainee-program ARQIS-Academy. By now this program is well established, so ARQIS puts a special focus on further improvement of the training for clerks and trainees.
