ARQIS has advised VR Equitypartner, which holds a stake in Signet Wohnmöbel GmbH, on the acquisition of Gustav Dehler Matratzenfabrik GmbH.

Signet manufactures functional and sleeping furniture in its factory in Hochstadt am Main. Dehler has been producing mattresses since 1893 and develops and produces upholstered furniture and play equipment for kindergartens, therapy facilities and schools for more than 40 years. After the complete takeover of Dehler by Signet, both companies will continue to operate independently under their respective brands. Signet is focusing on synergies resulting from complementary product ranges with comparable production methods. Both Signet and Dehler focus on high quality craftsmanship Made in Germany and intend to continue growing at their respective locations in the future.
