ARQIS has advised Neodigital Versicherung AG on a Series D funding round. The company was thus able to expand its investor base to include HUK-COBURGHolding AG and also plans, after approval of the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), to establish the joint venture “Neodigital Autoversicherung AG” together with HUK-COBURG.

The joint venture aims to extend Neodigital’s successful concept of modern digital technologies to car insurances. Neodigital Versicherung AG is a property and casualty insurer in Germany that focuses on the digitalization of all processes. In addition to the founders, Dirk Wittling and Stephen Voss, the company was able to attract financially strong and industry-experienced investors, including SchneiderGolling ND Invest GmbH and coparion GmbH & Co. KG, ALSTIN Capital and Deutsche Rückversicherung AG as well as Elevat3 Capital and LA ROCA Capital GmbH, the family office of Kersten Jodexnis.

The ARQIS team around Dr. Jörn-Christian Schulze already accompanied SchneiderGolling and coparion during their entry into Neodigital Versicherung and has since supported Neodigital and the previous investors in all further funding rounds.
