ARQIS advises Quadriga Capital on investment in Signition Group

ARQIS has advised Quadriga Capital Funds (“Quadriga Capital”) on the acquisition of a majority stake in Signition Holding GmbH (“Signition”). Quadriga Capital supports Signition´s dynamic expansion by providing growth capital.
Signition advises companies in their digital transformation in marketing and sales. Together with Quadriga Capital, the company founders and the existing management team intend to continue Signition’s success story and unlock the enormous potential in the rapidly growing digital and data driven transformation market. The strategic focus will be on expanding the digital service and product portfolio, enhancing capabilities in software development and artificial intelligence, and pursuing international expansion.
Quadriga Capital is a leading equity partner for medium-sized companies in German-speaking region and neighbouring countries. Signition is the third investment of the sixth Quadriga Capital Fund. Investors include institutional investors such as pension funds, banks, insurance companies and family offices from Europe, Asia and the USA. Growth-oriented companies in the healthcare, tech-enabled services and smart industries sectors are the focus of the investment activities. The transaction is still subject to approval by the relevant antitrust authorities. The parties have agreed not to disclose financial details.
