ARQIS has advised travel operator Fit Reisen on the acquisition of all the business operations of This was the first sale of a UNISTER business operation to an investor by the insolvency administrator for the UNISTER Group, Prof. Dr. Lucas F. The new owner, Fit Reisen, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, is a leading German provider of health and wellness trips. “Short and wellness trips are booming,” said Jan Seifried, managing director at Fit Reisen. “A significant expansion of our offers with destination Germany has been on our strategic agenda for quite some time.”
