ARQIS is expanding its employment law practice with Franziska Leubner, who will join the Munich office as Counsel on November 3, 2025. The 35-year-old brings many years of experience in advising national and international companies on all matters of individual and collective employment law. Her work focuses on personnel restructuring, labor court litigation, as well as advising on all employment law aspects in transactional contexts. She joins from Lupp+Partner, where she most recently headed the employment law practice.
