ARQIS advised Liberta Partners on the acquisition of KKS Kemmler Kopier Systeme GmbH (KKS). The service provider in the field of ​​managed services for office infrastructure, headquartered in Kaiserslautern, was acquired by Liberta Partners in a strategic partnership with BayBG Bayerische Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.

The core competencies of KKS are managed print services and include in particular the management of printer infrastructure. This includes the optimization, analysis and automation of printing, scanning and copying processes. In addition, the company offers solutions in the field of digital document management systems and is currently expanding this area significantly. The previous sole shareholder, Axel Kemmler, will remain active in the company as managing director and shareholder.

Liberta Partners is a multi-family holding based in Munich and invests in corporate spin-offs and succession situations of family businesses with a strong focus on supporting the operational development of its portfolio companies.
