That is why our IP/IT/Commercial team provides interface advice with its finger on the pulse.

Do you want to become a lawyer and test your aptitude at an internationally operating business boutique such as ARQIS as part of your legal traineeship (lawyer/ elective station)? Then this is the right place for you.

Your tasks

• Advising and representing clients from the fashion, lifestyle, technology and health care sectors in and out of court in all areas of intellectual property law, in particular copyright, trademark, design and competition law as well as the protection of trade secrets.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with strong references to IP and IT law as well as to specifics of commercial and distribution law
• Compliance projects on IP strategy as well as on IT law obligations of platform operators
• Accompanying transactions with strong references to IP, IT, trade and distribution law

Your Profile

• Above-average completion of the first state examination
• Good English skills
• Interest in economic contexts and processes
• Self-initiative and team spirit
