The German Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (LkSG), which accords responsibility to the companies to ensure compliance with human rights and environmental standards along the entire supply chain, is also applicable to companies in certain size categories. The extension of these statutory obligations to smaller companies is expected to happen soon in order to meet CSDDD objectives.<\/p>\n
