A German Rechtsanwalt may not represent conflicting interests pursuant to \u00a7 43a para. 4 BRAO. ARQIS Partnerschaftsgesellschaft will therefore check whether a conflict of interests exists.<\/p>\n

On application, the local bar associations in D\u00fcsseldorf and Munich will mediate in case of disputes between ARQIS Partnerschaftsgesellschaft and the client pursuant to \u00a7 73 para. 2 no. 3 and \u00a7 73 para. 5 BRAO. Besides, there is a possibility to take the matter to the meditation committee (Schlichtungsstelle) of the Federal Bar Association (www.brak.de, schlichtungsstelle@brak.de) pursuant to \u00a7 191f BRAO.<\/p>\n
