The Business Angels Netzwerk Deutschland e.V. (BAND) sees more shadow than light in the draft Fund Location Act, on which the Federal Ministry of Finance has conducted a written hearing.
BAND has published a statement on the draft of the Fund Location Act, which was prepared with the expert assistance of Prof. Dr. Christoph von Einem, lawyer, ARQIS Rechtsanwälte, Munich, and Florian Merkle, counsel and tax advisor, Osborne Clarke, Cologne. Link to the complete statement
