ARQIS has advised the management team of the Roeser Group on the sale of the company to Sana Kliniken AG. Vendor is the  EQT Expansion Capital II fund. ARQIS has already advised the management of the Roeser Group on the entry of EQT in 2010 and since then.

The Roeser Group based in Essen is market leader in Germany in the supply of hospitals with medical products. Today the company has about 320 employees and counts among its customers clinics, purchasing communities, outpatient health care facilities and special medical centers.

The merger with Sana Kliniken AG, the third largest private clinic group in Germany and thus a leading hospital operator, is intended to supplement the existing expertise in the area of ​​purchasing services of the corporate groups and thus enable further growth.
