Die Anwälte und Legal Specialists stehen Unternehmen sowie ihren Organen und Führungskräften in sämtlichen Fragen des individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrechts außergerichtlich und prozessual zur Seite. Vielfach ist das Arbeitsrechtsteam in Restrukturierungsmandaten tätig, ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt im Datenschutz. Zudem unterstützen die Arbeitsrechtler ihre Kollegen bei M&A-Transaktionen. Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Düsseldorf einen Legal Specialist (m/w/d) mit erster Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitsrecht.

Your tasks

• Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Mandantenterminen sowie Teilnahme
• the drafting and revision of documents such as company agreements, employment contracts, termination / settlement agreements and notices of termination - HR.Law
• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Due Diligences und Erstellung der Dokumentation
• Durchführen von teilweise umfangreichen Rechercheaufträgen
• revising, supplementing and maintaining the collection of sample documents and creating folders of materials,
• Preparation and drafting of newsletters and internal and external memos
• Preparation of presentations for clients or seminars as well as pitches

Your Profile

• Excellent law degree (commercial lawyer / Master of Laws (LL.M))
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Arbeitsrecht ist wünschenswert
• Business fluent in English and proficient in MS-Office
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and a professional appearance round off your profile
