The titles “Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin” (lawyer) respectively were awarded to the members of the firm by the responsible Ministry of Justice on the basis of Federal German legal standards, after the successful completion of the second state law exam and a special admission process by the chief justice responsible for their respective court district.

A German Rechtsanwalt may not represent conflicting interests pursuant to § 43a para. 4 BRAO. ARQIS Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaftsgesellschaft will therefore check whether a conflict of interests exists.
On application, the local bar associations in Düsseldorf and Munich will mediate in case of disputes between ARQIS Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaftsgesellschaft and the client pursuant to § 73 para. 2 no. 3 and § 73 para. 5 BRAO. Besides, there is a possibility to take the matter to the meditation committee (Schlichtungsstelle) of the Federal Bar Association (www.brak.de, firstname.lastname@example.org) pursuant to § 191f BRAO.
