ARQIS advised Black Horse Immobilien GmbH & Co.KG on the sale of an office and retail building in Düsseldorf, Steinstraße. The building with seven floors is completely let. The property has been acquired by Quantum Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft as portfolio manager of a special fund issued by Universal-Investment. The purchase price has been agreed to be treated confidential.
