Tokyo ARQIS Foreign Law Office established a registered joint enterprise with the Japanese law firm TMI Associates in January 2009. With their particular focus on crossborder transactions, the legal experts of ARQIS and TMI are able to cover all areas of legal services required by today's globally active companies with business engagements in Japan.
